4 Course Vegan, take 2!

We spent our pre-valentines day at our beloved 4 Course Vegan…

Second time around, it was incredible again. The food Chef Matteo creates, all by himself for a party of about 25 this time was brilliant.

This week he served us:

A carrot Ginger bisque with pickled daikon and wasabi microgreens.

Bukwheat Crepe with avacodo quinia pilaf and herb pistou.

French lentil dumpling with shitake gravy and celeriac purée.

Cinnamon palm sugar torte with meyer lemon nectar and apple confit.

My favorite was probably the buckwheat crepe. It was something completely different with great textures and flavors, but delicate at the same time…
